Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the 2d Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 747. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(2d JUD) "An Act providing for the release of certain property in the custody of a law enforcement agency to a crime victim under certain conditions and relating to requests for that release by the office of victims' rights" was adopted. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(2d JUD) was read the third time. Senators French, Coghill, Huggins, Wagoner, Wielechowski, Olson, Paskvan, Ellis, Egan, Thomas, Stedman, Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
